Yes, that is right, Old Man Winter brought us a nice, unexpected holiday gift - a broken water pipe! This is the third broken pipe we have experienced since moving into our house 6 years ago, however, the first in the kitchen. Lucky for us Ted is very handy and was able to fix the pipe on his own. On the positive side, we were able to paint behind the cabinets!
Ted had to take the upper cabinets down and the dishwasher out before he was able to find where the break was. Luckily we were able to find it and thoroughly insulate most of the pipe.
Ted was very enthusiastic about this job!
